The Regulation Committee consists of the current chairperson of the K.N.P.S.V and the last
two chairpersons. The Regulation Committee monitors that the policy of the board does
not conflict with the Article of Association and Regulations. The committee helps when the
Article of Association and Regulations needs to be changed. Moreover, the committee
serves as advisory body for the board. When members apply for the activity fund, the
Regulation Committee will have a vote on this. For questions about the committee or the

The Archive Committee consists of the two former secretaries and the current secretary, who are responsible for maintaining the the rich and valuable archive of the K.N.P.S.V. During the reorganizing interesting things form the past of the association are found. In addition to managing the archive, the former secretaries review the minutes and support the current secretary whenever needed. The Financial Committee performs an audit on the finances of the association. We do this by advising the treasurer on where to invest or save, monitor the bookkeeping, and keep an eye on the sponsor contracts. This committee generally consists of three former treasurers, and therefore all with experience in approaching financial issues. In addition to our audit, our main task is to assist the treasurer in making financial short and long term decisions. IPSF Office Helping Committee

The IPSF Office Helping committee is an inter-city committee consisting of 3 members. This committee is there to help IPSF with Dutch language administration if needed. Because IPSF has its headquarters and appartment in The Hague and because the IPSF board members are often not originally from The Netherlands, they may encounter problems, often related to not understanding the Dutch language. In such cases, the IPSF Office Help Committee provides assistance. This could be solving problems with the tax authorities, or simply translating Dutch documents. IPSF greatly appreciates this help. Finally, it is of course an excellent way of creating an even better bond between the K.N.P.S.V. and IPSF!

The Internet Committee consists out of two former Commissioners of general affairs and the current commissioner of general affairs.
